TRACY CICCONE DITROIA | ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Tracy Ciccone is a household name in the industry. She began her dance career as soon as she could walk. She was a Principal Dancer at Festival Ballet, Providence from ages 8 - 15 years old. After graduating High School, Tracy and her best friend Jonathan Galli moved to Los Angeles to pursue their careers with the "Young Americans" Dance Company. It was here that she would get the chance of a lifetime. At only 19, Tracy was the co-choreographer along with Liz Imperio for Gloria Estefan's 1991 "Into The Light" Tour. Tracy is a true believer that dance is an art and that it truly cannot be judged. She believes that every child deserves the chance to dance!
Tracy has been the CREATIVE & ARTISTIC DIRECTOR of TLCPA since 1998.
LINDA CICCONE WEIGAND | OWNER
Linda Ciccone Weigand is the matriarch of the TLCPA dance family. She built this business with blood, sweat, and tap shoes! She began dancing at age three and instantly found her passion. Linda is classically trained in all genres of dance and in 1994 she started this incredible journey with her daughter, Tracy. This mother-daughter team is one of the most notable teams in the dance industry in the state. Linda & Tracy cultivated a truly nurturing, non-competitive dance environment.
Although Linda’s main focus now is running the business, she still loves to dance, teach and perform.
ARIANNA PEZZULLO | cOMPANY DIRECTOR, Elite team Dance Team, Disney Team director
Arianna started teaching for TLC Performing Arts in 2009 and immediately fell in love with the non-competitive atmosphere and philosophy. Arianna is the CO-COMPANY DIRECTOR at TLCPA and co-choreographer for the studio’s DISNEY and DANCE Performance Teams. Arianna is also the creator of TLCPA’s ELITE dance team. The ELITE TEAM gives dancers the opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s best and world renowned choreographers at conventions throughout the year.
Arianna began dancing at the age of three and grew to become a regional and national award winning dancer. Her favorite genre is jazz, but currently teaches our Senior Company as well as our Advanced Technique, Intermediate Ballet & Advanced Ballet / Pointe classes.
CRYSTAL PETERSON | OFFICE MANAGER, COMPANY DIRECTOR, acro team director
Crystal grew up at TLC Performing Arts and has been a valued part of the studio family for many years.
Crystal teaches all levels at TLC, from younger elementary dancers through all Company levels, as well as all Acro classes. She is also an important part of TLC’s Saturday Morning Program and an integral part of TLC’s summer camp programs.
In addition to teaching, Crystal also works the front desk, helping support the daily operations of the studio.
Crystal created TLC Performing Arts’ Acro Program and Acro Team, both of which have become an important and popular part of the studio. She stays current with the latest acrobatics safety practices, training techniques, and choreography while continuing to challenge her dancers and help them build confidence and strength.
DARIAN WALLACE | HIP HOP, cOMPANY TEACHER
Darian has been dancing since he could walk. Dance has always been more than just learning choreography for him. It is about expression, creativity, confidence and above all, connecting with people.
He loves being able to share his passion with his students and give them the space to be themselves and try something new without the fear of being judged or making mistakes.
Seeing a dancer find their confidence or discover something they didn’t know they were capable of is his favorite part of his craft. If Darian’s students leave his class feeling challenged, inspired, and excited to dance, he knows he has done his job!
deshaun ferguson | step & hip hop
Deshaun is a dancer and choreographer originally from Boston, MA with over 15 years of experience teaching step, hip-hop, freestyle and liturgical dance. His goal in every class is to bring big energy, keep things fun, and create a supportive space where dancers can build confidence, catch the rhythm, and express themselves. He so excited to be part of the TLC Performing Arts family and can’t wait to dance with you!
KIM SILVA | master company
Dance has been a a lifelong passion for Kim. She began dancing at the age of 3 and started her teaching career at age 15! Throughout her career, She has had the opportunity to preform professionally and choreograph for various theater programs and amusement parks throughout the region. She has also directed many after school dance programs and talent shows within the community for students of all ages.
Today, She teaches the Master Company Adult class at TLCPA, where she can share her love of dance with her granddaughter who is a student. Being able to share her passion for dance with the next generation, is incredibly meaningful to her. Dance has been and will continue to be a huge part of her life and she is grateful to continue inspiring others to pursue their passion in the arts.
CRYSTAL FERRAZZANO | COMPANY, DANCE TEAM, DISNEY TEAM DIRECTOR
Crystal Ferrazzano took her first dance class with TLCPA at age seven and never left! It did not take her long to realize she found her true passion and that her love of dance would last a lifetime. Crystal is now the CO-COMPANY DIRECTOR at TLCPA and co-choreographer for the studio’s DISNEY and DANCE Performance Teams. Miss Crystal is our in house Tap guru & loves that genre the most!
Crystal’s love of her craft and her students shines through her choreography every year. She was an integral part in starting the TLCPA “Technique” program, focusing on the progression of attaining proper body alignment, conditioning the body, and strengthening the muscles.
evianna madrid | hip hop, pre k & kinder teacher
Evianna joined the TLC Performing Arts after graduating High School in 2022. She began as our Level 1 Hip Hop Teacher and Acro Assistant.
Today, Evianna teaches Hip Hop classes for all ages and skill levels, bringing energy and encouragement to every class. She is also a part of TLC’s Saturday Morning Program, assists with our exciting Hip Hop Birthday Parties, and plays a key role in our TLC Camp programs throughout the year and during the summer.
laura minadeo & alex rotella | musical theater
Laura & Alex have been a part of children’s theater for over two decades. During that time, Laura, a Berklee College graduate, honored her skills as a children’s director, composer, choreographer and playwright for various after-school children’s programs & summer camps throughout New England.
Alex is a school teacher by day & performer by night. He most notably is involved with an integrated theater company composed of actors with and without disabilities, giving everyone the change to perform!
Together, Laura & Alex wrote PICKLES! The Play, which was performed in New York at the New York International Fringe Festival.
They welcomed their son Lorenzo in 2023 and joined our TLC family through our Dance With Me program!
